Following the success of the training project “Infrastructure Training: Windows; Intranet; Office applications; Information Security” for IT staff at the State Treasury in provinces in 2013, in 2014, Qnet continues to be selected by the State Treasury as a partner to implement the project at an advanced level.
The project was implemented continuously in April and May at 3 sites at Hanoi, Danang and Hochiminh city with more than 300 participants coming from 64 provinces and cities in the whole country. At the present, the project completed about a half of the total work with very good feedbacks over instructors, facilities, labs and organizing efforts. Four instructors selected by Qnet to implement the project were experts with more than 15 years of experiences, working in the IT fields, and having certificates such as: MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), MCSE, SCSP,SCNA, CEH, ISO 27001…
The content of the training courses is developped based on the requiements of the State Treasury, the current informattion infrastructure as well as duties of IT staff at provincial treasuries. The common objectives of the training courses aim to provide general knowledge and essential skills to help trainees in understanding the operational basics of a network system, including servers' OS, workstations' OS, and then they could do by themselves some techniques in system infrastructure administrations at the specialist level, implementing correctly and completely processes in administrating, installing, operating, protecting the system, fluently using office applications. In addition, the training courses update also information about the current situations of IT in general and network infrastructure administration skills in particular in systems of Vietnam state oranizations and enterprises, update information on policies, regulations about information security effected in the State Treasury systems. The learning method is based on "learrning by doing" associate theories and practice with real case studies in the course of developing large systems. In addition, the lab practices are prepared by the instructors group in Video so trainees could use them as references in their working environment for daily system infrastructure operation, administration at their works.
